Return and refund policy

As a master luthier, I take pride in crafting high-quality instruments that meet the expectations and satisfaction of my customers. However, I also understand that sometimes things may not work out as planned, and you may wish to return or exchange your purchase. That is why I have created a return and refund policy that is fair, transparent, and easy to follow.

Here is an example of my policy:

**Return and Refund Policy**

Thank you for choosing to buy a handmade guitar from me. I hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your guitar for any reason, you may return it to me for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on my return policy.

**Returns**

All returns must be postmarked within **14 days** of the purchase date. All returned guitars must be in new and unused condition, with all original strings and label attached.

To return a guitar, please email me at info@nperezguitars.com with the pictures of the correspoding guitar, then place the guitar securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. I strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

**Refunds**

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your guitar, I will process your refund or exchange. Please allow at least **14 days** from the receipt of your guitar to process your return or exchange.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation when your return has been processed.

**Exceptions**

The following guitars cannot be returned or refund:

- Custom-made or personalized guitars

- Guitars that have been damaged or altered by the customer

- Guitars that have been used or played
